Cover - Jim and the Flims

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Dave Palumbo over at Night Shade Books on a cover. The book is JIM AND THE FLIMS by author Rudy Rucker. I added some of the preparation work and process shots. You can see that at some point in this process I tried a few things digitally just to get a quick feel for how thing might work. The steps jump around a little so if you have any questions just comment. So a hold on old drawings for awhile now.

Old Stuff

Because Christmas kicked my butt I have done nothing except more drawings. But I thought until I finished a new painting, which might be awhile since I am currently working on a book cover and don't know when I'll be able to post it, I might share an older drawing now and then in the mix. Maybe it will give a little perspective on my history, maybe not, but it might be fun for me. I did it when I started this blog so I am resurrecting it now.
