Historical Oil Painting

Look, this painting is sitting on the floor in my studio, framed behind glass and ready to go. I've had it a long time. It's 11x14 painted in oils using a scraping and glazing process.If anyone is interested contact me. Make me an offer and don't be embarrassed. All I can do is say no. It's an important part of my history, sort of pivotal, but I am far from sentimental. Could be worth millions when I die.

Every year a few people, Irene Gallo-Dan dos Santos-Greg Manchess, organize a list of artists (like herding cats) who donate 5x7 inch artwork for the Society of Illustrators scholarship fund. I have done it once before and am honored to be chosen to participate again this year. The auction will be on ebay and I will let you know when it comes time. Newest Commission

This is the newest word catalyst commission. I painted it on copper and the word was simply shiba inu. I think a good title would be "Shiba Armor." Thanks Gregg.

My Merry Christmas post is something commissioned by my daughter's boyfriend for her. The words were medical and climbing, two things close to her.

Turbo

Another example of a small commission gone haywire. I went way overboard again. Supposed to be a small simple copper piece. Turned out to be a small, but bigger than agreed, copper piece that just kept growing in detail. I just can't seem to help it.
